Work disability benefits - How to submit the claim

The form Claim for Determining Degree of Work Disability should be submitted to the National Insurance Institute branch closest to the place of residence.

An insured for whom a degree of work disability has been established (even 0%) is no longer entitled to an injury allowance for that injury.
