Ministry of Finance / Income Tax Commission A work disabled person with a 100% disability or, under certain conditions, a 90% disability, may be entitled to an income tax exemption in accordance with the rules.
The application for the exemption should be submitted to the assessing officer in the place of residence.
Ministry of Finance / Purchase Tax A work disabled person with a permanent disability of at least 50% from one accident, and a disabled person with a permanent disability of at least 90% from several injuries may be entitled to a discount on purchase tax.
The application for the discount should be submitted to the Ministry of Finance in the place of residence.
Ministry of Construction and Housing A work disabled person with a permanent disability of at least 75% may be entitled to assistance with the purchase of an apartment or with rent.
The application for the assistance can be submitted to any branch of the Mortgage Bank.
Ministry of Justice / Land Registration Department A work disabled person may be exempt from payment of various fees when registering real estate transactions. The application should be submitted in writing or by personally contacting one of the land registration offices throughout the country.
Local authorities A work disabled person with a disability of at least 90% may be entitled to a discount on municipal taxes.
The application for the discount should be submitted to the Collections Department of the local authority.
