Definition of husband, wife and child for purposes of old-age pension - Definition of husband

For purposes of your entitlement to an old-age pension, a person who meets both the following two conditions will be considered as your husband:

The first condition

He is your husband (including a common-law husband who lives with you), and has been your husband for at least one year.

The second condition

He is at least 70 years old
Or
He is between 50 and 70 years old, and his monthly income is not over NIS 4,913 (as of 01.01.2012)
