This form is designed to claim the refund of burial expenses related to non-Jewish Israeli residents who passed away, and provided that there is no organization authorized to conduct burials active in the municipality. Moreover, the form allows to claim for coverage of burial expenses for an Israeli resident buried outside of Israel.
