Deductions audit

​The National Insurance Institute conducts deduction audits with employers, to verify whether the employer reported all employees income subject to insurance contributions and if insurance contributions were deducted in accordance with the law.

The audit is also based on deductions assessment conducted with employers by Tax Authority.

Important information! The National Insurance Institute can conduct deductions audit retroactively over 7 years. Since the current year cannot be controlled, we are counting the 7 retroactive years from the ended fiscal year.
