The internet user code and password are designed to access your personal file on the
Personal Service site.
On this site you can obtain information regarding the benefits you have received and payments you have made,
print authorizations, and even receive
other services.
User code and password can be ordered by anyone who is 18 years or older, and does not have an active user code.
You can get an internet user code by the following ways:
Simple, easy and fast – by email
Enter your email address and, a few hours later, a link to an identification process will be sent to you.
Upon successful identification – a temporary user code and password to access your Personal Service site will be sent to you by email and/or by SMS.

You can go to your local branch and receive there a user code and password.

PIN code
You can use a PIN code for all your inquiries to receive personal information and services through our national phone center and NII self-service stations located outside branches and in public places.
Anyone who is 18 years old or above can order the code.
You can receive the code by one of the following ways:

Enter your email address and, a few hours later, a link to an identification process will be sent to you. After successful identification – a secret code will be sent to you by email and/or by SMS.
