you will only be eligible for the grant if the gross amount of the monthly
pension is below NIS 5,000.
If you are in possession of a
biometric ID, it is important to activate it before completing the request
form. For information and instructions on ID activation (ID activation process may take up to two business days).
This form is proof of your existence for consulates or those
authorized to know according to the laws of the state.
Please note, the insured aged 85 and above must send us an original life certificate only by mail (and not through the document sending service on the website)
to receive income supplement in addition to old-age or survivor's pension in
order to ensure income at a minimal rate.
Please note, one month before reaching retirement age, the National Insurance Institute will send insured people an old age pension claim form to the address that appears on the register of the Ministry of the Interior.
