Yes, the employer must, by law, file a claim for payment of a
quarantine benefit only after paying the days of quarantine to the employee,
and after recording them on the pay slip.
If the employee provided you with a quarantine certificate from the Ministry of
Health up to 7 days before salary payment, you must pay the quarantine benefit
in the month of termination of quarantine.
If the employee submitted the certificate with a delay –
it shall be paid with next month the salary.
