A person who is defined as non-Israeli resident will not be entitled to rights from National Insurance or payment of grants or allowances from the organization.

National Insurance: "While in 2024 we saw a jump in the data for residency termination in the State of Israel, in 2025 data we observe a moderation in that trend, especially among new immigrants. There is no doubt that this data may be serve as a professional tool for decision-makers regarding the types of population and ages who decide to leave Israel and provide them with a response. We continue to monitor the data and hope that the figures will keep decreasing over time."
