The National Insurance Institute updates on the expansion of eligibility and improvement of benefits and rights provided to orphans, widows and widowers, bereaved parents of hostile actions casualties
As of February 1, 2026, the scope of recognition, support and rights for orphans, widows and bereaved parents of hostile actions casualties has been expanded.
The law expresses the state's commitment to continue strengthening support for bereaved families and adapting to the various needs that have arisen over the years.
The implementation of the law will begin on May 1, 2026.
