The National Insurance Institute would like to update that in the 2025 Annual Report on “Savings for Every Child” program, which was published this week, there was a technical error in the presentation of the data related to accrued profits in the program.
After verification, the data was corrected in the updated report:
The total profits accumulated in the program are approximately 8.85 billion NIS.
On page 5, where the data is presented in millions of shekels, the following data was corrected:
- Altshuler Shaham profits: 4,079.9 million NIS, and not 79.9 million NIS as written.
- Harel profits: 1,648.9 million NIS, and not 648.9 million NIS.
- Total profits in provident funds: 8,249.6 million NIS, and not 3,249.6 million NIS.
It should be emphasized that this is an error in the presentation of the data in the report and not in the savings data itself. The corrected data was updated in the report on the National Insurance website. The rest of the data as stated was accurate
