The Counseling Service to the Elderly of the Bnei Brak branch organized an Information Day on April 30, 2018, on the topic of "Pensioners' rights at the National Insurance Institute and in the community, and economic aspects at retirement age".
Some 100 participants took part to the meeting, who have recently retired or are close to retirement, and live in the cities of Bnei Brak and Elad.
During the meeting, participants received brochures of explanation and personal information concerning: their rights at the NII, old-age pension and income support, discounts and advantages to pensioners from agents in the community. Retirees also heard about the activity of the Counseling Service to the Elderly and their Family and the cultural and leisure activities to retirees in the city.
Participants were satisfied with the answers they were give to their questions and were thankful for this meaningful opportunity to obtain information.
