The survivors of a person whose death was caused by the the disease – as determined by a medical committee – will receive a one-time grant, as follows:
A spouse who has children with him/her will receive a grant equivalent to 25% of the average wage, multiplied by 36: NIS 128,376 (as of Jan 01, 2026).
A spouse who does not have children with him/her will receive a grant equivalent to 60% of the amount in the first paragraph: NIS 77,026 (as of Jan 01, 2026).
The children of the victim, if there is no entitled spouse, will receive a grant equivalent to 60% of the amount in the first paragraph: NIS 77,026 (as of Jan 01, 2026).
