After operation hours, a computerized answering service is provided upon dialing an ID number and a pin code.

Services provided by the call center:

  • Clarifications - personal information.
  • Ordering authorizations - authorizations are sent to you by mail.
  • Payment of national insurance contributions arrears with a credit card, including information about the remaining debt.

  • In order to receive services over the telephone, you must have an ID number and a pin code.
If you do not have a pin code, you will be asked to identify yourself by answering a few questions, as part of our effort to prevent as much as possible the transmission of information about yourself in any other hands than those of the persons authorized to receive it.

  • You can order a pin code here or by contacting the call center, and the code will be sent to your home. An ordered code will be sent at the address indicated in NII records.
Pin code may also be received at local branches.

Please note, in case you were already given a pin code, the call center's system will always ask you to dial your pin code. If you fail to remember your pin code and wish to retrieve it, please ignore the system's request to dial your pin code and wait to be transferred to a service representative, from whom you shall then request your pin code to be sent to your home address.

  • Claims, documents or reporting modifications in your personal information may not be submitted by means of the telephone.
