Discharged soldiers and those who completed national-civil service

The National Insurance Institute congratulates you upon your discharge from IDF, or the end of your voluntary national - civil service, and wishes you success on the start of your path as a citizen.

In this site, we have gathered for you all the rights you may be eligible for at the National Insurance Institute with respect to benefits, payment of insurance contributions and sick fund affiliation, since the day of your discharge.

Please note, the rights of the young men and women who served as volunteers in the national - civil service are conditional upon a time of service of at least 24 months.
A young woman who volunteered in national service for at least 6 months, and got married within 30 days since the day she actually left the service, will be considered performing a 24 months service, and all conditions of entitlement will apply to her.
