A new Oleh in nursing condition may be entitled to a long-term care benefit, immediately upon his Aliyah. Entitlement will start as of the eighth day.
In order to receive the benefit, one must fill out a claim for a long-term care benefit, and attach information about abroad income and medical documentation. The claim must be submitted to the National Insurance Institute.
