The claim is meant for widowers or widowers of Prisoners of Zion who had received a benefit from the National Insurance Institute due to their having been recognized as Prisoners of Zion, and who passed away after January 1, 1999. If there is no widow or widower, the request should be submitted by the child as defined in the law.
