Handling process


Under the Law, our decision shall be notified to you no later than 30 days from the reception of your application, and if you are subject to the obligation to pay a fee - no later than 30 days from the payment of the application fee.
In specific cases, when a complex request is submitted which requires the participation of other agents, we are entitled to postpone response notification to a further period of up to 60 days.
Should we decide to extend the period, as above, you would receive a written notice of this decision with mention of the grounds justifying the extension.

Information on a third party

Whether the requested information involves details about a third party, we are responsible for informing him in writting about the submission of that request and his right to oppose the transmission of such information. Inquiries on a third party are subject to a 21 days extension to the regular handling period.

Submit an appeal

Should we decide to reject your request for information, in part or in full, you would receive a motivated notification in writting, and be able to submit an appeal to the Court for Administrative Matters against this decision within 30 days from reception of the notification.
