The time limit to submit benefit claims or appeal to the Appeal Medical Board has been extended

• ​To relieve you in times of war, insured people are given an extension on their time limit to submit a benefit claim or to submit an appeal to the Medical Board during the period from 7.10.23 to 7.1.24.
  The time limit has been extended by two months.
  For instance: anyone whose time limit for submitting a benefit claim is set on 7.1.24 - will be able to submit his claim until 7.3.24.
• Please note that the National Insurance has also been granted an extension in rendering its decisions - and the decisions with a time limit on between 7.10.23 and 22.11.23 - may be reported postponed by two months.
  For instance: If the National Insurance had to take a decision by 20.11.23 - it received an extension to render its decision until 20.1.24.
