You have be asked for additional documents? Today, a new document sending service is available
As part of improving and streamlining our digital services, a new process has been developed that helps the insured to transfer documents quickly and efficiently.
Starting today, if you are required to send or complete documents, then instead of sending them by mail or arriving in person to a branch – we will send you an email and SMS message with a secure link, which allows you to quickly attach and send the required documents on a dedicated screen into your Personal Service account.
No need for passwords, complex identification and without printing.
You simply upload the document to your Personal Service account – and we receive it directly to your file.
Please note, the service is rolled out gradually for documents required in various benefit and entitlement processes.
