- Those whose medical board has been postponed - will be given priority in setting a new date when the security situation allows it.
2. Public reception - You can use the telephone appointment booking system and set a date when you would like a National Insurance official from your branch to call you back at the desired time and handle your inquiry.
4. The National Insurance continues to work on your files and inquiries on an ongoing and continuous basis, even during emergency situations.
5. National Insurance employees have already gone out today to hospitals and hotels where the evacuees were transferred to ensure they are able to realize their rights and receive assistance.
6. The National Insurance continues to be in contact with security and health authorities in other to reach out to bereaved families and people wounded by Iranian terrorism and will accompany them during this difficult time and beyond.
