The user code and password are for entering your personal file in the "personal services" site.
On this site you can get information on the benefits that you received and on the payments that you made, you can print authorizations, and get other services.
Anyone aged 18 or over who has no active code can order the user code and password.
Once your order is received, you will be sent a letter with a barcode (QR) which you must scan by means of a smart-phone, and give us your information on the application.
Once this information is received, you will be sent a temporary user code and password by SMS or e-mail.
