The pin code will help you in all your contacts to obtain personal information and services at the nationwide phone center and on the self-service stations of the NII located outside the local branches and in public places.
Anyone aged 18 or over who has not received a pin code in the 3 months preceding the order may order the code.
After you have requested the pin code, it will be sent to your address – as indicated in NII records – by mail within seven days.
