A monthly allowance paid to a person with limited mobility who meets the conditions of entitlement, to assist with mobility expenses, whether or not he
owns or possesses a vehicle.
A person with limited mobility who possess a vehicle and works – wille receive an increment to their allowance, on the condition that the round trip distance between their home and workplace is at least 40 km.
Allowance update
The rates of the mobility allowance and the
allowance increment are updated according to the inflation in vehicle
insurance, gasoline prices and the prices of repairs and maintenance. Updates are made each time inflation rate reaches at least 4% above its previous
rate and, in any case, on January 1st of every year.
