Submitting a claim for unemployment benefits

Our intent is to pay you unemployment benefits as soon as possible

How this can be achieved? In 3 simple steps:

  1. Registering online on Employment Service’s website
    Click to register
  2. Submit to us an unemployment benefit claim using an online form on our website
A claim must be filled-out, and don’t send us only an employer authorization of employment period and pay (BL/1500) instead of the claim.
Please note, according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, handwritten claims submitted to us will be isolated for 24 hours before being processed.
    Click for online form
  3. Make sure your employer transferred a Form 100 to us
If the employer cannot transmit a Form 100, you must attach to the claim an “employer authorization of employment period and pay" (Form 1514).
The authorization must be attached to the claim or sent by means of the website's documents sending service.

  4. Monitor your claim on the Personal Service site
Your claim will appear there after a few days. You will be able to see the claim handling status, view letters sent to you and more.
