Submitting a claim for payment
Please note that to be able to submit a claim for quarantine benefit, one must provide identification through a government identification system - for a tutorial video on logging in the government identification system (in Hebrew), click here.
For all inquiries relate to the identification process, please contact the government call center at 1299, from Sunday through Thursday, between 8:00 and 19:00.
When shall a quarantine benefit claim shall be submitted?
From July 2021 to March 2022 | 27/09/2022 |
April 2022

The claim must be submitted from the 16th of the month, in the month following the end of quarantine.
For instance: regarding a quarantine that ended in April, the claim is to be filed as of May 16.
Please note that, in case you have filed a claim for payment, and have received a wrong bank account notice - you will be able to update the details of your new bank account on the Personal Service site.
