The documents of the association(certificate of registration of the association with the Registrar of Associations/Registrar of Companies/Registrar of Partnerships)

 

Confirmation by an attorney that the association is being run in accordance with its founding documents

 

Last financial statements, audited by an accountant of the association

 

Confirmation by an accountant of the association as to the keeping of books and accounts in accordance with the law

 

Approval of the association’s board of directors for running the program and submitting the grant application to the Fund

 

Confirmation by an attorney or accountant regarding the authorized signatories of the association and their addition

 

Exemption from deduction of tax at source (if available)

 

Confirmation of non-profit institution status (if available)

 

An activity report of the association for the year prior to submission of the application

 

Letters expressing commitment or intention to continue the project, if it succeeds

 

Any other document that, in the opinion of the association, is relevant to submission and approval of the application
