Submitting Financial Statements

Before beginning to operate the project, you are requested to open a separate budgetary article for all income and expenditure of the project.

Keep all receipts and documents for every expense related to the project in case you are requested to present them. We expect such information to be accessible any time we request it.


Periodical financial statements should reflect actual expenditure and income of the project. The statements should include expenses in accordance with the approved budget. Every unplanned expense should be indicated in a separate application to the NII which will receive a written response. The financial statements should be signed by an accountant. The reports will be examined by Fund employees and/or other authorized NII employees.
