Community - founding, renovating and expanding infrastructures and equipment for physically limited or mentally frail elderly people in the community (day centers, protective housing, respite care, supportive neighborhoods), and assistance in the purchase of vehicle lifts for driving functionally disabled elderly people.
2. Nursing homes - assistance in upgrading public homes for elderly people who are frail, need long-term care or are mentally exhausted (upgrading beds and public areas).
3. Manpower Development - assistance in training manpower in the geriatric field (in the fields in which it has been proven that adequate infrastructure is lacking).
4. New Programs - assistance in infrastructures for new community programs for functionally disabled elderly people.
