If you were charged with insurance contributions as a non-worker while you were doing compulsory military service, you must present your local NII branch with a certificate of service from the IDF indicating your status as a soldier doing compulsory military service and the duration of this service (starting and finishing dates). The certificate should also include special status periods (unpaid service), if applicable. Your debt will consequently be annulled.
