Producing an authorization of coordination of insurance contributions


If you meet the requirements to perform coordinate of insurance contributions, you need to produce an authorization of coordination of insurance contributions for the current year.

The authorization must be submitted to the secondary employer or to the early pension payer, in order to avoid the deductions of higher-than-required insurance contributions from the secondary employer/pension payer.

How to produce an authorization of coordination of insurance contributions?

If your salary from the primary employer is below NIS 6,331 (as of Jan 01, 2020) per month – you can produce an authorization by one of the following manners:

If your monthly income exceeds the maximum income subject to insurance contributions of NIS 44,020 (as of Jan 01, 2020):

You must submit a claim for coordination of insurance contributions for the current year, to the Employers Collection Department of the branch nearest your place of residence.
A form 100 from all sources of income for the current year must be attached to the claim. The claim can be sent to a branch directly by means of the website.
