Call center for people abroad

Those calling from abroad can telephone a designated call center at: 972-8-9369669.

The service is provided Sunday-Thursday between 8:00 and 15:00 in three languages:
Hebrew, Russian and English.

To receive telephone service one must have ready an ID number and pin code.

A pin code can be ordered online here. A person without a pin code or the ability to order one online will identify themselves by answering a number of questions to ensure that information about them will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

Services provided at the call center include: General information, queries and personal information, ordering permits, paying insurance debts, and ordering payment stubs and forms.

One cannot submit claims, documents or report changes in personal information over the telephone. A person can submit documents directly to a clerk online, and submit online claims directly through the website.
