I am interested in employing a worker in my household and the worker refuses to let me provide her details to the National Insurance Institute, what should I do?

The National Insurance Institute does not open an employer file in a household without obtaining full details of the employee. Failure to report the employee's details may infringe on the Social Security employee's rights.
Also, if an event occurs that entitles the employee to a benefit, and when the event occurred the employer did not legally register the employee, or did not pay the insurance contributions on time, the National Insurance Institute may demand from the employer the monetary value of benefits paid to the employee in addition to paying the debt in the insurance contributions.
