I am a married woman and have worked for 15 years overall. Will I receive an old-age pension at retirement age?

A married woman is entitled to an old-age pension from retirement age, provided that she has accumulated 12 years of insurance, or 5 years out of the last 10 years preceding retirement age. Since you have worked for 15 years, you are entitled to an old-age pension, provided that you meet the other conditions of entitlement.
