Those entitled to unemployment benefit prior to reserve service duty, when less than 60 days have passed between his last job and the start of reserve service, is considered a worker for calculation purposes and will receive a reserve service benefit as a worker, although the benefit rate will not be lower than the amount of unemployment benefits he would have receive, if he were not called for reserve service.
