My wife passed away. Since our marriage, she worked in different workplaces. Am I entitled to a survivors’ pension?

You are entitled to a survivors' pension, provided that your wife accrued the working (insurance) period required by law:

  • Last 12 months prior to death,
    or 24 months, consecutive or not, over the 5 years preceding the death,
    or 144 months, consecutive or not.
  • And on condition that you are living with a child, who is entitled to a survivors' pension, or that your income does not exceed NIS 7,590 (as of Jan 01, 2025).
