I am eligible for a disability pension, and have reached the age entitling to an old-age pension, am I entitled to both pensions?

It is impossible to receive both pensions, and you will have to choose one of them. If the disability pension you will be entitled to is lower than the old-age pension, you will be able to capitalize it and continue to receive the old-age pension. The amount of capitalization will not be less than 36 allowances of disability pension.
