Services will remain available during these days through the following channels:
- Our internet site – you will be able to receive the latest information regarding your rights, submit claims forms and documents online, receive personal information on the personal service page, and send us inquiries by clicking on the "contact us" link, and carry out online actions in a fast and simple fashion.
- At the self-service terminals outside branch offices – to print authorizations and forms.
- Through *6050 call center – to receive automatic service only; there will be no responses by service clerks.
