A grant for participation to burial expenses will be paid to the eligible person upon approval of his compensation claim.
Those eligible for the grant are the widow or widower, and bereaved parents.
When the victim did not left a widow, widower or parents, the relative who bore the burial expenses will be entitled to the grant. In this case, this family member shall contact the Hostile Actions Casualty Department of the local branch, in order to obtain the grant. You can also contact us through the website.
Grant amount: NIS 8,034 (as of January 2023)
The only purpose of the grant is to provide assistance with expenses related to burial, and not to cover all expenses.
