If you have decided that the Medical Board’s decision is unsatisfactory, you may appeal this in decision before the Medial Appeals Board. The appeal must be submitted within 60 days from the date on which you received notice of the decision.
The appeal with the appropriate explanations must be addressed to the Medical Board secretary at your local NII branch.
The decision by the Appeals Board may be contested only in matters of law before a regional Labor Court.
If you submitted an appeal and the Medical Board is about to reduce your disability degree, the Board will notify you of this and you may cancel your appeal.
