Peoples with a disability level of 25% or above for whom economic rehabilitation for business has been approved, are entitled to a one-time refund of purchase tax for a single item purchased for their business. The refund is restricted to commercial equipment related directly to the nature of the business and intended for primary economic rehabilitation or the establishment of an existing business, which serves as a source of income. A special committee determines the refund amount and the equipment for which the refund applies.
