Conditions of entitlement
People with a disability degree of 19% and above are entitled to a pre-academic preparatory course, provided that they meet the two conditions below:
- They have submitted an application within three years of the date on which their disability was recognized.
- The Rehabilitation Committee has found them suitable for academic studies and who require a preparatory course to improve their academic achievements.
What is included in the funding?
Funding is provided for one year only and includes tuition fee and a grant for purchasing books.

You must contact the Rehabilitation Department of the handling branch. You can also do so via the website.
