Rehabilitation projects for victims suffering from mental or head injuries


Mentoring and Tutoring
People with a disability degree of 20% and above who suffer from a mental or head injury, or people with a disability degree of 100% with all types of injuries who require functional and social assistance and guidance are entitled to mentoring services. Such people who can not be rehabilitated and need personal enrichment are entitled to tutoring.

Protective Housing
Protective housing is a community residence that provides care and treatment for people suffering from a mental or head injury who have been determined by the attending physicians as being unable to support themselves or live with their families.
Assistance is rendered provided that the disabled person is capable of leaving his protected home and spending half a day at a work place or protective occupation. In order to receive such assistance please contact the Rehabilitation Department at local NII branch.
