Medical documents to attach advisely to claims on disability matters

This simulator will provide you with a detailed list of medical documents that are recommended to attach to claims for general disability, work disability and victims of hostile actions, based on your medical diagnosis.

It is important to remember that the goal is not to for you to perform further medical examinations that were not referred by your treating physician. Should such examinations be required ahead of a Medical Board, you will be referred to a specific test by a physician of the National Insurance Institute.

Furthermore, if your disease caused complications in various organs (such as complications of diabetes, heart disease or cancer), it is very important to attach documents in relation with these complications too.

Please note that attaching all relevant documents to the claim will shorten the claim handling time and allow the Board’s physician to establish your disability in a more professional and accurate fashion.
