Conditions of entitlement


The grant is paid to those fulfilling ALL the following conditions:

Please note, the person who returned to work between 1.2.21 and 28.2.21 will be able to meet the requirements of track 1 or track 2. It is not possible to cumulate the tracks.

First condition - You were paid unemployment benefits for 75 days and above

  • For those who returned to work between 1.11.20 and 31.1.21 - you were paid unemployment benefits for 75 days and above between 1.3.20 and 31.10.20 (included).
  • For those who returned to work between 1.2.21 and 28.2.21 - you were paid unemployment benefits for 75 days and above between 1.3.20 and 31.10.20 included (track 1) or between 1.3.20 and 31.1.21 included (track 2).
  • For those who returned to work between 1.3.21 and 31.7.21 - you were paid unemployment benefits for 75 days and above between 1.3.20 and 31.1.21 (included).

Please note:

  • In the number of days will only be accounted the days for which unemployment benefits were paid, even in case of a consecutive period.
  • The 5 unpaid waiting days are not take into account in the 75 days of unemployment.
  • In the 75 days may also be included the days when you received the following benefits: maternity, pregnancy bed rest, work injury, reserve service, and provided that you have accrued 25 unemployment days.

Second condition - Return to work

You returned to work between the 1.11.20 and 31.7.21, and your employment time lasted at least 14 days (those days don't need to be effective working days).
One may receive the grant since the day of return and for up to 4 months at most, but not beyond the 31.7.21.
For instance: those who return to work on 1.3.21 will be allowed to receive the grant for the duration of their employment, but not beyond the 30.6.21.

Third condition - You didn't work for a long time

  • For those who returned to work between 1.11.20 and 31.1.21 - you were not employed at all as salaried employee between 18.8.20 and 31.10.20 (included).
  • For those who returned to work between 1.2.21 and 28.2.21 - you were not employed at all as salaried employee between 18.8.20 and 31.10.20 included (track 1) or between 1.3.20 and 31.1.21 included (track 2).
  • For those who returned to work between 1.3.21 and 31.7.21 - you were not employed at all as salaried employee between 18.11.20 and 31.1.21 (included).

Fourth condition - Your new wage is lower than your previous one

The new daily wage (gross) you will earn is lower than the previous daily wage (gross) that you had, and it does not exceed the daily wage on which unemployment benefits were calculated. At your disposition, a calculator of daily wage.
