How to Register


Registration with the National Insurance Institute as a student is done automatically by receiving information from educational institutions.

You can see an update on your student status on your online Personal Service account.

If the information was not automatically received by the National Insurance Institute, you must send a certificate of studies to the Insurance and Collections Department, detailing the student's details and the period of study.

The certificate can be sent via the website or submitted to the branch nearest to your place of residence.
