The National Insurance, as the institution responsible for the care of hostile actions casualties, has opened a special emergency line for the wounded, the bereaved families - 02-6269999, to provide you with an immediate response and assistance about the rights to which you are entitled in the present emergency situation.
The line will be opened from Sunday to Thursday between 8:00 and 17:00.
For any other matter, you can contact us through the call center *6050, chat with human representative, or by an online inquiry on the website.
Your rights at the National Insurance in a first stage:
After the first stage, the National Insurance will accompany the injured and their family members through the recovery and rehabilitation process with social counsels and specialists from the Departments of Hostile Actions and Rehabilitation.
Dedicated helpline for victims of post-trauma
In order to support, assist and provide a broad response, the National Insurance Institute has established a dedicated helpline for PTSD victims in collaboration with "Natal" association.
Anyone who identifies as suffering from post-trauma can contact the helpline at 1-800-363-363, extension 2.
You can either call anonymously or identify yourself.
The helpline operates 24 hours a day and provides emotional support, assistance and guidance to those experiencing PTSD.
