​Dear wounded people,

  • We will support you and your family through the hospitalization period, and after your release throughout the whole recovery period. National Insurance officials will contact you during the hospitalization and be at your disposal for advices, guidance and direction on each issue: emotional, social, family and taking-up your rights.
  • Individuals who experienced a terror attack and were in the Southern localities and have not been hospitalized - please check the rights to which you are entitled as victims of anxiety or hostile actions.

To relieve you in these difficult times, we have opened for you a immediate assistance hotline 02-6269999, and have gathered on this website all the first-stage rights to which you are entitled.

What should I do if I get injured as a result of a hostile act?

  • Information about eligibility conditions can be found here
  • One must fill out a Form of notification of injury and recognition as hostile actions casualty, and enclose all required documents.
  • The claim and documents submitted to us are transferred for approval to the certifying authority of the Defense Ministry, which determines whether it was a hostile action and to recognize you a hostile actions casualty.
  • The notification of the decision reached will appear on your Personal Service account/letters.
  • In public hospitals and HMOs, if you received recognition approval and financial commitment from the National Insurance. Further information available here.
  • If, due to the injury, you are on sick leave or on treatments preventing you from working. To receive the compensation, you must fill out a short form to receive an allowance for hostile actions casualties.

  • You have the possibility to submit a short form to receive an allowance for hostile actions casualties, and attach medical documentation. You will be invited to a Medical Board to establish your percentage of disability. Further information available here.
