To relieve you during this difficult time, and enable you to care for your hospitalized family member, you will receive an aid from us during the hospitalization period. In addition, we have opened for you a hotline for immediate help over the phone at 02-6269999.

Aid during hospitalization

The assistance is provided to first-degree relatives (spouses, parents, children and siblings) is the following areas:

  • Income loss during and as result of the hospitalization
  • Living expenses during hospital stay
  • To relatives residing far from the hospital - travel and accommodation expenses
  • Cell phone calls
  • Television rental
  • Parking
  • Providing a solution to special needs

The amount of the aid is determined based on the severity of the wounds and the situation of the family.

How to receive the aid?

Rehabilitation Departments of handling branches oversee refunds of expenses incurred by the relatives of hostile actions casualties.

Because of this exceptional situation, National Insurance's representatives will come to you at the hospital and give you detailed information about your rights.
