Public reception
In accordance with the Home Front Command's instructions, reception of the public in most branches is taking place as usual.
In the following branches and service desks, there will be no frontal reception of the public but by telephone:
Beit Shean window, Yokneam window, Hadera branch desks - please note that the Hadera branch, Dalit El Carmel and Tirat Carmel service desks are operating as usual.
We do our best to return to everyone who contacted us and call you by phone close to the scheduled time.
Medical committees
The Medical boards are taking place as usual in accordance with the Home Front Command's instructions. If you are afraid to come due to the situation, you can request the board to be held via video chat and we will make efforts to accommodate the request.
If the board cannot be held remotely, you can set a new date here.
Please note
Those who have been contacted by the National Insurance Institute and have already been assigned a video-chat or documents-based medical board - the board will be held in the agreed settings.

The National Insurance Institute continues to work on your files and inquiries on an ongoing and continuous basis, even during emergencies.
